Tour Training dates

Week 5
Monday 17th May: 4.30-5.30pm

Week 6
Monday 24th May: 4.30-5.30pm

Week 11
Monday 28th June: 4.30-5.30pm

Week 12
Monday 5th July: 4.30-5.30pm (If as many of the squad as possible could be present at this final session, it would be much appreciated)

SA Rugby Tour 2010 – List of Boys

Tour Committee Mission Statement

We aim to raise funds for the Moulsford Preparatory School South African Rugby Tour 2010 to enable Moulsford Preparatory School

• To make as large a donation as possible to the Bathokwa Primary School, a SA township school
• To provide kit for all the boys on the 2010 Tour
• To subsidise if at all possible the overall cost of the tour to each child

And

We are committed to achieve these aims by ensuring each fundraising event

• has an identified financial goal supported by accurate accounting
• allows the boys on the tour if at all possible to be involved thereby inspiring boys lower down in the school for future tours
• has all expenses kept to the minimum
• is arranged to the best of our abilities with the minimum intrusion on the day to day running of the School
• is properly advertised on the School website to keep all staff, pupils & parents properly informed
