A Festive Event for the Whole Family!

Once again the Moulsford Christmas Fair was the perfect way for parents and boys to head into the festive season.  The sports hall was packed with eager shoppers and there was a huge variety of stalls on offer run by the different year groups, including the bottle tombola, Pocket Money stall, chocolate and sweet tombola and Mole Café, which served cakes, coffee and bacon rolls.  Spilling outside into tents were the Smash the Crockery stall, and the new giant inflatable dartboard.  The highlight of this year’s Fair must surely be the Human Fruit Machine, with parents entering into their roles with gusto!  And of course, no Fair would be complete without Santa’s Grotto!

For those keen to complete a little Christmas shopping, external trade stands provided the perfect inspiration, with high quality gifts from candles to dog collars and handbags to hats, as well as the PA-produced Moulsford tea towels and apple juice.

An extra special guest this year was Spencer Wilding, who played Darth Vader in Rogue One.  Spencer kindly posed for photographs and engaged in many lightsabre battles with both boys and parents (and a certain Headmaster)!

Entertainment was offered by Mr Bissell and the boys, with fabulous performances from both Senior and Junior choirs, as well as the Jazz Ensemble.

A huge thank you to the PA and the Fair organisers who once again pulled off a superb event, providing plenty of Christmas fun for everyone!
