The Solar System
Year 5 have been studying the Solar System in science and the boys were asked to create a 2D or 3D display of the solar system over the Easter holidays. The effort and creativity put into their projects is impressive – ranging from hanging mobiles, an 8 foot long display, a light box and a moving turn-table. The planets were fashioned from polystyrene, felt, pom-poms, sponge, ping-pong balls, cardboard and paint.
They are all on display on the Sports Hall Balcony until the end of Monday 24th April, so please do go and have a look. Well done Year 5.
