Nate H - Spring Term 2023
As he begins the term as the new Head of Boarding, Nate H gives us the top ten things he likes about Boarding at Moulsford…
- The boarding community is very welcoming and chilled out and the teachers are very nice, especially the House Master Mr Albon and Mrs Albon.
- The food is amazing, no problems with it, thanks to all the cooks for their hard work.
- If you’re in Year 8 there is something called tuck night on a Thursday where you watch a movie and have sweets or popcorn but the most popular snack is a pot noodle.
- I love the group outings where your tutor group goes out to a restaurant. It is good to be out with your friends.
- There are also different outings like going to a football game or bowling.
- Dorm tidiness award where your dorm gets a takeaway treat like Dominos or a Chinese.
- There are so many activities - there is the sports hall or torch game in the winter and football in the summer as well as the pool.
- I like phone time after your activities where you can text your mum or dad or give them a call to check in.
- After activities, you can have smoothies, mostly its banana and something nice!
- Finally I enjoy the “downtime” before bed, either watching TV or playing pool with your friends.
