Joe B raises money for NHS charities
In May, Joe B in Year 5 decided to embark on some fundraising to support the intensive care unit that his Dad works in as a doctor. Joe said, “My dad is really busy helping some really unwell patients who have Covid-19 and I want to show him how much we appreciate everything he and his colleagues are doing to help fight the virus.”
Joe has pledged to run a mile a day for 100 days for Oxford Hospitals Charity to support his Dad and his colleagues in ITU. Almost a month into the challenge and Joe has already raised an enormous £2,400!
