Certificates Presented to Years 5 and 6

Prior to the Christmas holidays, the annual Primary Maths Challenge was taken by all boys in Years 5 and 6. The boys really enjoyed it and the results were even better than last year. The PMC is not designed to be just another test in the school year. It encourages enthusiasm, boosts confidence in mathematics and shows the different way questions can be asked. At Moulsford we believe in the importance of problem solving as a means of helping pupils develop their reasoning skills.

Congratulations to the following boys who achieved the higher scores and were awarded their Gold, Silver or Bronze certificate in Assembly on Thursday. The highest score in the school was gained by Freddie F.
