Year 8 move on to 11 senior schools
This afternoon Year 8 received their Common Entrance results from Mr Beardmore-Gray, sat under the tree by the river watched by their parents and Moulsford staff.
We are delighted that the Year 8s have again done extremely well and will be taking up places at their chosen senior schools. This year we are sending pupils to 11 different schools:
- 16 will go to Abingdon
- 1 to Bradfield Colleg
- 4 to Eton College
- 1 to Greshams
- 3 to Magdalen College School
- 3 to The Oratory
- 6 to Radley
- 2 to Reading Blue Coat
- 6 to Shiplake
- 1 to Stowe
- 1 to Wellington
The year group have also gained a range of scholarships and awards to their future senior schools – an academic scholarship to Magdalen College; Sports Scholarships to the Oratory (x2), Stowe and Shiplake; Art Scholarships to Shiplake and The Oratory; and a Drama Exhibition to Radley.
