Carousel of fun activities
Year 2 joined the Year 3 pupils for a carousel of fun Arts-based activities, providing them with another opportunity to familiarise themselves with their future teachers and surroundings. For the Year 3 pupils this gave them another chance to act as role models for the younger children, strengthen friendships across year groups and take pride in helping Year 2 pupils feel excited about joining the Prep School in September.
The children took part in Music and Movement with Mrs Braden and Mr Edwards, made wooden block heads with Mr McNaughton in DT and created cardboard ice lollies with Mrs Cummings. It was a great morning of creativity and curiosity!
