More success in fencing
Fencing continues to thrive at Moulsford under our fencing coach, James Roberts. There was further success at the weekend when three Moulsford boys competed in the BBO Sabre championship. In the under 12 category Patch M was 1st with Joe K in 2nd. In the under 14s, Lachlan A came in 2nd.
This is an excellent achievement – well done boys!
Many of our boys are regularly taking part in the Southern Region Sabre Academy training sessions, which are held at Moulsford each month. This is a four-hour training session for all the Sabreurs in the region, for which James Roberts is the lead coach. The sessions cover fitness, footwork, bladework, free fencing and some individual lessons. Please contact Chris Symonds if your son is interesting in taking up fencing.
