Farewell to Year 8 and to Mr and Mrs Albon
It was great to see so many of the Moulsford Boarding community at the boarders' BBQ on Monday evening, with around 100 people in attendance. Julie, Dan and Ellie cooked us some wonderful food whilst the sun was shining on the boarders, having lots of fun on the front field.
The BBQ marked the final night of boarding for me and Mrs Albon at Moulsford, and I just want to take the opportunity to thank all of the boarding parents for their support during my time as Head of Boarding. I would also like to thank the incredible boarding staff who work so hard to make sure your children have the best possible boarding experience. I leave the Boarding House with an incredible amount of fond memories; it's been a wonderful home for my family and me, and I know that my daughters, Isla and Anja, will miss their "big brothers" dearly. The last four years have been incredibly rewarding, and it will certainly take some getting used to not calling Moulsford home.
Thank you also to all the boarders for their commitment, energy and positivity throughout the year, and for helping to create a really special atmosphere.
