Prep Schools Orchestra Day
On Tuesday, five of our instrumentalists, Gilby B, Luke D, Sam G, and Sri G from Year 8 and Joss B from Year 6, were delighted to be invited to Radley for the Prep Schools Orchestra Day. This was an exciting opportunity for them to spend the day with children from other prep schools, working together to rehearse and perform orchestral music in a variety of styles. At the end of the afternoon they gave a performance as part of the full orchestra, showing their versatility with arrangements of four pieces ranging in style from Tchaikovsky to samba. A superb day was had by all!
