Entertaining the residents
Mrs Braden and Mr Chaffey took a group of Year 5 and 6 musicians to Rush Court nursing home to perform for the residents as they enjoyed their morning refreshments. After singing a number of songs from Willy Wonka and The Greatest Showman, the pupils enjoyed some time chatting to the residents and sharing stories about their lives. It was lovely to give the younger pupils the opportunity to perform and we think everyone gained a great deal from the experience.
