Highlight of the year
Rapidly becoming the highlight of the year, it was with great anticipation and much excitement that the Moulsford Disco took place last Friday night for Years 6 to 8. This annual and highly popular evening was a complete sell-out with over 330 children in attendance. Pupils from Moulsford, St Helen & St Katharine, Rupert House and St Andrew’s were joined this year by Oratory Prep and Queen Anne's to pack the Sports Hall.
The MPA Disco Team had worked hard to create a night to remember hiring a professional DJ, a photo-booth and coloured LED cube seating. The ice lollies this year were again a welcome addition as the heat rose in the hall! The children sang their hearts out and danced the night away, culminating with the traditional disco finale, a bouncy rendition of Neil Diamond’s ‘Sweet Caroline’. Everyone left exhausted but with big smiles!
The Disco Team would like to thank all parents and Moulsford staff who generously gave their time on Friday night to ensure a safe and successful event.
