Moulsford Fireworks Display

Moulsford’s Bonfire and Fireworks went off with a huge bang (and whizz!) last night!  The enormous bonfire, complete with the Scarecrow which was made by the children in the Pre-Prep, was expertly built by our Grounds Staff down on the water meadow and they did a fine job of ensuring it lit up the night sky and warmed up the gathered crowd who watched from the top of the bank.

With the fireworks being let off from the opposite bank of the Thames, the spectacular display ensured a stunning array of shapes and colours were reflected in the river below, accompanied by the oohs and ahhs of the assembled children and adults.

The large crowd enjoyed delicious food made by our catering team, served by our fantastic army of volunteers and the spiced apple punch was a big hit! It was also great to welcome the Tipsy Toot to the event as well.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the event, and to the Parents Association who organised an amazing evening for us all. A special thank you to Triona Roy, who led a large PA team of helpers and Moulsford staff and ensured that we all had a fantastic experience.
We hope everyone had an enjoyable evening and thank you for supporting the MPA.
