What a Night!
What a way to sign off the school year! Last Saturday’s Lights, Camera, 80s party was, if we say so ourselves, an epic night – full of energy, laughter, enthusiastic dancing, and more legwarmers, lycra, and hairspray than we ever thought possible.
The evening began with a showstopping entrance from none other than the Headmaster himself, who arrived in full Doc Brown mode behind the wheel of a Back to the Future-ed DeLorean. From there, the party took off. The marquee looked fantastic, Josie and her brilliant band brought the house down, the cocktail bus kept the drinks flowing, and when The Lightyears came on, the dance floor barely paused for breath.
We were blown away by the effort everyone put into the 80s theme. From Top Gun pilots to Madonnas, Baywatch lifeguards to glam rock icons, the creativity and enthusiasm on display made the night one to remember. It was one of those magical Moulsford evenings where the sense of community and shared fun truly shone through.
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came and made the night so special – for embracing the theme, dancing the night away, and helping to create such a joyful and memorable atmosphere. And of course, special thanks to all those who helped behind the scenes to bring the event to life.
It was an absolute pleasure to put on the event, and we’re so glad it brought the school year to such a spectacular close. Rumour has it the team may have been gently(?) persuaded to return for next year… Watch this space!
Wishing everyone a very happy summer break – you’ve earned it! For those that would like to relive some of the fun, click here for a video of the event and here for some photos!
