An afternoon of music
Before half term we were treated to the Junior Soloists' Concert and it was a true celebration of the musical talent in Years 3, 4 and 5. More than 25 performers took to the stage to provide a varied programme of music from classical through to rock and pop and everything in between - we enjoyed performances by singers, pianists, drummers, guitarists, several violinists, a flautist and a harpist. Pupils of all levels of experience performed with real confidence and the concert was an excellent way to start our half term break! For many of these children it was their first time performing to an audience, which can be daunting but clearly demonstrates our school value of courage. The future of Moulsford music is looking very strong indeed!
