Head's Blog: Feedback and support

Head's Blog Virtual Moulsford

I am sure that parents will have heard this week’s announcement from the Prime Minister stating that the earliest date that schools will return will be 8th March. While this is very disappointing news to all, it comes as no great surprise when set against the very troubling statistics which continue to surround the pandemic. Boris Johnson stated that schools would be given two weeks’ notice of a return, and so we should know more information by 22nd February, and specifically whether there may be further movement on the 8th March date.

In the meantime, Moulsford aims to deliver a high quality education to your boys through Virtual Moulsford, in conjunction with parents. I would like to thank parents for the feedback you have given through the survey sent out last week. It has been incredibly helpful to read your comments and hear first-hand of your experiences at home. We are also very grateful to parents for all the very kind messages of support and thanks to the school which were conveyed via the survey. A lot of information and data has come in which we are in the process of analysing and discussing, with a view to making some minor adjustments to the programme shortly. Once we have made decisions on this we will communicate a summary of both the survey findings and any alterations to the programme, both in the Prep and the Pre-Prep.

Have a good weekend and well done to your boys.  The staff continue to be really impressed with them.
