Talent on display

The 2026 Moulsford Summer Concert was a fantastic occasion and included an extremely varied line-up. Packed full of musical and drama performances, the audience were delighted from start to finish and there really was some phenomenal talent on show. We opened with a lively performance by the Percussion Ensemble and we also had stellar performances from the String Ensemble, Senior Choir, Pop Choir and Junior Choir (consisting of the whole of Year 3 and 4) and mini big band. We were also treated to some memorable performances from our talented soloists who enjoyed an enthusiastic response from the audience. There were too many highlights to reference them all but a special mention must go to Joss’ drums and vocal mashup and the Pop Choir’s energetic rendition of My Shot from Hamilton. The rain during the Senior Choir’s performance certainly didn’t dampen spirits!

Interspersed amongst the music were some drama performances delivered by our very gifted Year 6 and 8 dramatists.

The finale featured the entire ensemble of almost 130 children performing ‘Good Things Grow’ from the recent Snow White film. It brought the concert to a magnificent end, with everyone’s hard work and enthusiasm helping to make it a night to remember.

Congratulations and thank you to all of the staff and pupils involved.
