Raising money for House charities

On Sunday 9th June, eighteen pairs from Years 5-8 competed in this year's family tennis tournament (MFTT) and raised money for the House charities; SSNAP, Marine Conservation Society, Emmaus Oxford and Sport in Mind.

The players were organised into two tournament groups within two age groups (Years 5/6 and Years 7/8).  Each pair played the others in their pool - round robin style. Sixty-four matches were played and displayed excellent Moulsford talent, positive competition and good humour.

Special thanks must go to Grant Smart, Ben Jones and Jake Albon for playing many matches with the boys without partners .Thank you also to the several other staff helpers who very kindly gave up their Sunday.

The eventual winners were:

Years 5 & 6 tournament - David and Jacob Boyd

Years 7 & 8 tournament - Thomas Parkinson and Ben Parkinson

Congratulations to them all.
