Raising money for Level Water
Last weekend Grace Lancaster, Graham Sage, Clare Symonds and Dawn Thackray all took part in a 24 hour swimathon relay at Shepperton. The target was to raise £1,200 for Level Water: an amazing charity set up to provide affordable and expert 1-on-1 swimming lessons to children with disabilities. Their aim is not only to help disabled people become independent in the water, but to simply enjoy the freedom and sense of adventure that being safe in the water brings. Their target has now gone beyond that and it would be amazing to increase it even further, letting more disabled children gain access to the joy of swimming.
