The Pre-Prep children were delighted to welcome children’s author Lucy Rowland for a very special visit this week. We all thoroughly enjoyed listening to readings from her book Magpie and the Sparkling Words, joining in with rhymes and actions, and learning all about how stories are created.
Lucy inspired the children with her creativity and enthusiasm, and there was great excitement throughout the afternoon as the pupils shared their own ideas and love of reading.
