A celebration and goodbye to our leavers

We were delighted to welcome parents, pupils and staff to come together to celebrate Prize Day at the end of term. The event featured speeches from Headmaster Mr Beardmore-Gray, the Chair of Governors Edward Boddington and Guest Speaker Elizabeth Stone, Head of Winchester College, who talked about boredom and the joy of quiet mindfulness. One of the highlights of Prize Day is the speech made by the outgoing Head Boys and Jacob, Toby and Gus gave us some brilliant reflections on their time at the school that had us laughing and crying in equal measure. It is so important for the younger pupils to watch the Year 8s reach the pinnacle of their Moulsford career, as role models for the boys to aspire to.

Although our Final Assembly on Tuesday celebrated many of the boys’ achievements, there were still several prizes to be awarded from Year 3 right up to our outgoing Year 8.

Congratulations to all of the Year 8 boys and we wish you every success at your Senior Schools.
