Two nativities, one Chinook, and a panto!
What a week in the Pre-Prep! Two nativities, one Chinook, and a panto! We have had the busiest and most festive week of the year, filled with singing, performing, and dressing up. And what a triumph our performances were! For children so young, the achievement of singing and performing in front of a sea of adults is no mean feat, and the performances today and yesterday were simply outstanding. Well done, everyone.
The visit to the panto on Wednesday was a great success, with everyone joining in and even enjoying what turned out to be a very special walk with police marshals due to the state visit taking place in Windsor that day. We felt very important indeed! Yesterday lunchtime, we thought we heard hooves on the roof as we were eating and rushed outside—only to see Father Christmas flying by in a Chinook! Would you believe it?
With three more days of term to go, we look forward to our special Christmas lunch on Tuesday and Christmas Jumper Day on Wednesday. The Pre-Prep team look forward to welcoming everyone for a very special start to the morning on Wednesday at 8–8.30am, so do look out for some unusual characters as you arrive!
