Taking part in the Winton Cup
Ten Year 6 pupils visited Stowe to take part in their annual Winton Cup. The pupils took part in activities involving Art History, Geography, Debating, Philosophy and History based on the key question 'How can we make a happier world?' This was a great event in a stunning setting and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Mr Symonds’ particular favourite was observing the pupils writing a risk assessment for 'Gladiator Games' and how they would adapt it to modern times using pillow fighting instead of swords.
