Meeting up with an Old Mole
It has been a busy time for the pupils in 8O who have been completing their Scholarship exams over the last few weeks. To mark the occasion the group enjoyed a celebratory breakfast and juice at Boswells Café, thanks to the generosity of the Burn family (Ollie J’s Uncle). Whilst there, the group discussed what the rest of the year holds for them and how they can make the most of their remaining time in Year 8.
It was particularly exciting that the owner of Boswells, Nick Burn (who also has a string of other cafes) is an Old Mole and former Head Boy and came to speak to the pupils about running a successful business and reflecting on how his prep school years were some of the best of his life.
