Navigating London
Following completion of the scholarship exams, Mr O’Reilly and Mr Weeks took 8O on a trip to London with the aim of seeing some sights but also educating them about how to use the underground in order to navigate the city.
After arriving in Paddington, we made our way to Piccadilly Circus for the first stop on our tour. The group enjoyed going past some landmarks such as Chinatown, Leicester Square and the Lego Store!
St John's Wood saw the most exciting stop of the day for the boys as Mr Beardmore-Gray had kindly arranged for us to visit Lord’s. We were privileged to visit both dressing rooms, the media centre and also the Long Room before making our way back to Paddington.
