Boogie Tots and Playball at Moulsford

At the start of the year we launched Boogie Tots, a new free music class aimed at toddlers and pre-schoolers. The classes take place in the Pre-Prep hall at Moulsford and are run by our fantastic singing teacher Josie Lunnon. Boogie Tots is for anyone with children aged 0-4 and is open to the whole local community. The classes have proved very popular, with over 40 children joining Josie for singing, dancing and storytelling!  There is no need to sign up, so if you know any little ones keen to join in, please pass on that they’re welcome from 9.30 – 10.15am on Thursday mornings during term time for a boogie and refreshments.

After half term we are delighted that Matt MacKinnon will now be offering Playball classes to toddlers during term time in the new Pre-Prep hall, with three classes of up to 10 children in each (12-18 months, 18-24 months and 2-3 year olds). For those unfamiliar with Playball, it is a specialised foundation phase sport and movement programme.  It offers age appropriate programmes to help boys and girls achieve a level of sports competency that will allow them to participate in all sport programmes confidently, happily and successfully.  All pupils in Moulsford Pre-Prep benefit from Matt’s age-appropriate Playball sessions as part of Moulsford’s PE programme and we are delighted that the wider community can now benefit too. For more information and to book, please visit the Playball website.
