Another busy and exciting week in Pre-Prep!
Nativity rehearsals are now in full swing, and with the stage in place, we can begin practising properly. Costumes are busily being prepared, lines and songs learned — but above all, we are having fun! Despite the darker mornings and the sniffles doing the rounds, the children continue to join in with great enthusiasm and excitement.
I was rather surprised to spot a police officer in the Pre-Prep foyer yesterday, but very pleased to welcome her as she joined the Bobcats to talk about her job and how to stay safe. Next week, she will be visiting the Year 1 children, which we are all very much looking forward to.
One of my favourite moments each week is Thursday morning, when Moulsford Tots takes place in the Pre-Prep hall. We share a story and a wiggle, and it’s always lovely to meet so many babies and their carers. It’s a wonderful reminder of the joy children find in music and storytelling — something we cherish throughout the Pre-Prep and carry forward into the Prep, particularly in the lead up to Christmas. Let the festivities begin!
