Talks and Assemblies

Animals and Insects

The children in our Reception class, the Wildcats, performed an amazing Assembly for their parents and the children from Years 1 and 2 this week. They confidently got up and spoke loudly and clearly about their favourite animals, insects and their trip to Bucklebury Farm. The children took great delight in showing us their paintings of the animals as well as joining in with Mr Goff and his ukulele to sing ‘Old Macdonald’ and ‘The Caterpillar Song’. They finished off their presentation talking about growing up and telling us about some of the things they have learned this year and their new special skills, which included kung fu, gymnastics, turning on the television and running!

Well done Wildcats, what a marvellous Assembly!
