Activities Week 2025

This week has been a jam-packed 'Activities Week' full of exciting adventures and plenty of creative activities, leaving everyone with lots of smiles and many memorable moments!

On Tuesday, the children were thrilled to embark on an unforgettable trip to Legoland. It was an amazing opportunity to explore the world of Lego, where they saw incredible models and enjoyed the rides. It was a fantastic experience that sparked their imaginations and even highlighted one or two thrill-seekers in the making! You can see an album of photographs from the day here.

On Wednesday, the slide and bouncy castle were set up for some outdoor fun. The children had a blast zipping down the slide and racing each other to the bottom. It was the perfect way to enjoy the sunny weather and add some fun into the week. Creativity was in full swing all week with activities like designing our own caps, decorating wind chimes, embellishing buckets, and finally, creating a windmill project, where the children used their fine motor skills to create the perfect summer fan! The week also featured a Musical Showcase, where the children had the chance to share their musical talents with the rest of the Pre-Prep. It was wonderful to see so many different skills and instruments being showcased, and it was clear how much the children enjoyed expressing themselves through music.

Finally, today we held a very special House Assembly and House lunch where we awarded book tokens to the children with the winning number of house points in their class! Very well done to:

Bobcats: Adaline S

Wildcats: Imogen M

Panthers: Max K

Pumas: Benji H

Leopards: George W

Lions: Josiah D

All in all, it has been a fun-filled week of exploration, teamwork, and creativity. Well done, everybody!
